Deck the Halls: 26-27 November 2022

Showcasing the talents of flower arrangers in our area, this stunning Christmas flower festival will take place at the Falkland Islands Memorial Chapel near Pangbourne, Reading .RG8 8LA..  Click on Falklands 2022 A5 Flier to view/print the A5 flier.

The Falkland Islands Memorial Chapel in the grounds of Pangbourne College is designed in the shape of a ship to remember the servicemen who lost their lives in the 1982 Falklands War – particularly appropriate in this 40th anniversary year of the Falklands war. The festival will be open to visitors:
*  10-5pm on Saturday 26th November
*  10-4pm on Sunday 27th November

80 exhibits depicting 31 different Christmas carols/songs.  Download Deck the Halls Programme for a full lis of the designs.

Refreshments will be available in Pangbourne College Cafe.  There will also be a children’s quiz and an opportunity to purchase some of the exhibits via a silent auction.

Entry will be by donation with proceeds shared between 2 worthy charities:

Donations can be made at the festival by dropping cash or cheque into an eye-catching post-box (‘All I want for Christmas‘ design’) or making a payment by credit card or by following this link to the QR code to donate via  JustGiving Deck the Halls.
You can donate via Just Giving – even if you don’t visit the festival.  Photos of the exhibits will be on BB&O Photo Albums soon after staging so you will be able to appreciate the designs.
