Area Events

Area Show: Saturday 6 June 2026

The 2026 Area Show will once again take place as part of the Royal Windsor Flower Show at The York Club, Windsor Great Park, SL4 2BS. With an overall title ‘Music & Movement’ there are classes to suit all tastes and skill levels, including:

  • Club Class: Dancing the Night Away. Open only to BB&O clubs, who will receive £100 towards the cost of staging.
  • Hanging Class: Cirque  du Soleil. Open to anyone. Entry fee £5
  • Table top Class: Rock around the Clock Open to anyone. Entry fee £5
  • Craft Class: Can Can. Open to anyone. Entry fee £5
  • Imposed Class; Let’s Twist Again. Open to anyone. Entry fee £35, which includes all materials CLASS NOW FULL

Entries should be submitted via Entry Form for 2026 Area Show. One entry form to be submitted for each class.

Click on Royal Windsor Flower Show for details on booking tickets. This is a one day show and often sells out so it is a good idea to book tickets in advance.

Area Council Meeting/Lunch/Auction: 26 June  

The next Area Council Meeting will take place on Friday 26 June at Benson Parish Hall, Sunnyside, Benson, OX10 6LZ. Anyone may attend this meeting for free. The meeting will be followed by a Ploughman’s Lunch at a cost of £10. Please book your place for lunch by clicking on 2026 Council Lunch Booking Form. 

At the meeting various items of staging equipment will be auctioned off. You can see the full list of equipment on Area Staging. A list of which items will be in the auction will be available shortly. If you require more details please click on Area Chairman.

The Area AGM and council meeting will be on Friday 16 October at Benson Parish Hall, Sunnyside, Benson, OX10 6LZ.  This will be followed by lunch and afternoon entertainment. More details later .
