2024 AGM Booking Form
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 25th October, 10.30-4pm at Benson Parish Hall, Sunnyside, Benson, OX10 6LZ. The meeting is open to anyone. Voting is by BB&O clubs only. The afternoon entertainment is open to any member or visitor. Those wishing to enjoy the lunch and/or afternoon entertainment should complete the booking form further down this page. The afternoon entertainment will be a demonstration entitled ‘Oxford Fact Fiction Fun’ by Past Area President Anna Steven.
Deadline for booking lunch is Sunday 20th October
Cost is £35 for lunch AND afternoon entertainment – OR £10 for the entertainment only.
If you are making the booking on behalf of someone else. please ensure you select options for the person being booked for. If you are making multiple payments under one cheque or transfer please make an appropriate comment in the Notes field.
Main course choice:
- Poached salmon fillet with herb mayonnaise (Gluten Free)
- Mediterranean Vegetable Tart (Vegan)
Dessert choice (including coffee and mints):
- Trio of desserts
- Fresh fruit salad
Each table will have self-service bowls of the following side dishes to go with the main course:
- Mixed leaf salad with sugar snaps and cucumber (Gluten Free)
- Carrot and raisin salad with chives (Gluten Free)
- Pea and green bean salad with cous cous, mint and feta
- Warm new potatoes with herb butter (Gluten Free)
The booking form should be completed for each person attending. If completing for someone else you should include THEIR MENU CHOICES, and THEIR NAME, but you may include YOUR EMAIL and Your telephone number if you wish. Acknowledgement of successful bookings will be emailed to the email address on the form.
To book: Complete and submit the form below.
To pay: Complete the appropriate payment fields, and arrange payment. according to selected option. Either the booker or attendee may make the payment. Fee is £35 for lunch and entertainment, OR £10 for entertainment only.

More details will be emailed just before the event to the person whose email address is on the booking form for passing on if appropriate.
