‘Jewels in the Crown’ Stewarding Form
Please complete the following form by Friday 10th June if you are willing to help with stewarding in the BB&O Flowers marquee at the Blenheim Palace Flower Show . On staging day stewards are required to assist competitors, which may involve lifting and carrying. On show days stewards are required to patrol the marquee and interact with the public. This will entail quite a bit of standing and walking.
Volunteers will receive one free admission to the show for the day they steward. Please note there will be no stewarding area so we will only be able to accommodate storage of one small bag. Also no refreshments will be provided other than a bottle of water. More details, including a site map and directions will be emailed nearer the time,
Please indicate in the ‘Additional Notes’ box if you would like to steward at the same time as someone else so we can roster accordingly.
