Area Staging
Items of staging are stored in a variety of locations. Individuals or clubs wishing to borrow any of these items should:
- Contact the current holder to agree suitability and collection time
- Inform the Area Media Officer so that this page can be updated to track the relevant item(s)
- Returned the item(s) in good condition at the earliest opportunity and Inform the Area Media Officer so that this page can be updated
- Some items may be painted, providing approval is sought from the Area Chairman, and repainted to its original colour if requested.
Items have been grouped into the following categories:
- Metal poles and supports – for use with drapes and screens at shows and at demonstrations
- Metal stands and supports – for staging individual exhibits at shows or festivals
- Wooden Stands, plinths and boxes – for staging individual or class exhibits at shows or festivals
- Wooden bases and risers – for staging individual or class exhibits at shows or festivals
- Natural Plant Material items– for use as part of individual exhibits at shows or festivals
- Drapes, Banners and Other Items – for use at demonstrations and shows
