2026 AGM Booking Form
The 66th Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 16th October 2026, 10.30-4pm at Benson Parish Hall, Sunnyside, Benson, OX10 6LZ. The meeting is open to anyone. Voting is by BB&O clubs only. For details of the meeting see AGM 2025 (Link to be updated)
The afternoon entertainment is open to any member or visitor. Those wishing to enjoy the lunch and/or afternoon entertainment should complete the booking form further down this page. The afternoon entertainment will be a demonstration by our very talented Area Demonstrator Renata Petrauskienne with a new title just for us.
Deadline for booking lunch is Sunday 11th October
Cost is £35 for lunch AND afternoon entertainment – OR £12 for the entertainment only.
If you are making the booking on behalf of someone else. please ensure you select options for the person being booked for. If you are making multiple payments under one cheque or transfer please make an appropriate comment in the Notes field.
Main course choice:
- Breast of chicken with a tarragon and black grape sauce
- Poached salmon fillet with herb mayonnaise
- Vegetarian Quiche
Dessert choice (including coffee and mints):
- Lemon posset with shortbread
- Fresh fruit salad
Each table will have self-service bowls of the following side dishes to go with the main course:
- Tomato, cucumber and dill salad with mixed lettuce leaves
- Carrot and raisin salad with chives (Gluten Free)
- Pea, mint feta salad with cous cous
- Warm new potatoes with herb butter (Gluten Free)
This will be followed by tea/coffee and mints.
The booking form should be completed for each person attending. If completing for someone else you should include THEIR MENU CHOICES, and THEIR NAME, but you may include YOUR EMAIL and YOUR telephone number if you wish. Acknowledgement of successful bookings will be emailed to the email address on the form.
To book: Complete and submit the form below.
To pay: Complete the appropriate payment fields, and arrange payment. according to selected option. Please pay by bank transfer if at all possible. Either the booker or attendee may make the payment, Fee is £35 for lunch and entertainment, OR £12 for entertainment only. Payments for more than one person may be made in one transaction but PLEASE submit an individual booking form for each person.
– IF PAYING BY ONLINE BANK TRANSFER please include AGM and name of person being booked for in the reference and pay to:

– IF PAYING BY CHEQUE please write AGM and name of person being booked for on the back of the cheque then post to:
