The 2026 BB&O Area Show, entitled ‘Music & Movement‘ will be part of the Royal Windsor Flower Show on 6th June. This entry form is for use anyone entering the show. The show will be judged by Annette Urquhart.

To enter:  Complete and submit the form below – one form for each class being entered.
Note that this form is only a record of details.  It does not constitute payment.

To pay:  Complete the appropriate payment fields for choice of payment method.

• Class 1 (Club Class): No entry fee. Clubs will be given £100 to cover staging expenses.
• Class 2 (Hanging Class): £5
• Class 3 (Table Top Exhibit); £5
• Class 4 (Craft Class): £5
• Class 5 (Imposed Class): £35 which included cost of materials

If you are entering >1 class (>1 entry form) you may pay all fees in a single transaction.

– Please pay BY ONLINE BANK TRANSFER if at all possible. Please include attendee’s name and SHOW in the reference and pay to:
BB&O Area of NAFAS, Account number 10281169, Sort code: 60-24-21.

– With so many local banks closing it is very onerous for our Area Treasurer to travel miles to pay in cheques, but if you really cannot pay any other way then you can PAY BY CHEQUE.  Please write attendee’s name and SHOW on the back of the cheque then post to:
