AGM 2025
The 65th BB&O AGM will be held in Benson Parish Hall on Friday 24th October 2025 with the following timetable:
- 10.00: Tea/coffee served
- 10.30 – 12.00: AGM meeting
Then for those who have booked lunch and/or afternoon entertainment (see below):
- 12.30: Lunch served
- 14.00: Entertainment: Demonstration ‘’Sapphire So Good‘ by BB&O Area Demonstrators Caroline Golding and Helen Temple.

Reports and AOB
Reports will be circulated to clubs on or about Monday 13th October. Please circulate to your members. These reports will not be read out at the AGM, but updates will be delivered if appropriate..
Clubs are requested to submit questions and topics for AOB by Sunday 19th October.
Voting
Each club is allowed one vote on each proposal. The following form should be used by clubs to cast votes by Sunday 19th October.
Clubs will be allowed to change their vote at the AGM as a result of new information or discussion.
Lunch/Afternoon Entertainment
Tickets for lunch and entertainment cost £35 , OR for entertainment only. tickets cost £12. Book via 2025 AGM Booking Form
Lunch options are:
Main course choice:
- Breast of chicken with Coronation sauce (Gluten Free)
- Warm homemade sausage roll with caramelised onion and poppy seed
- Vegetarian Option: Mediterranean Vegetable Tart
Dessert choice (including coffee and mints):
- Lime and passionfruit cheesecake
- Fresh fruit salad
Each table will have self-service bowls of the following side dishes to go with the main course:
- Tomato, cucumber and dill salad with mixed lettuce leaves
- Carrot and raisin salad with chives (Gluten Free)
- Pea, mint feta salad with cous cous
- Warm new potatoes with herb butter (Gluten Free)
This will be followed by tea/coffee and mints.
Deadline for booking lunch is Sunday 19th October.
Collections for Charity
At our AGM we often collect for appropriate charities. This year there will be the following opportunities:
- Pat Collinson will be collecting on behalf of Breast Cancer – a topic close to many of our hearts. Please wear something pink to show your support
- Jean Barker will be bringing Pudsey Bear to collect on behalf of Children in Need
- Greys Flora will have a table selling flower arranging accessories donated by members of Greys Flora. Proceeds will go to appropriate charities in memory of Alison Mount
