Registration for 13th Jan Zoom Council Meeting
The BB&O Area will be holding a special council meeting on Tues 13th Jan 2026, at 10.15 for a 10.30 start to discuss NAFAS Restructuring proposals. This meeting is open to any BB&O member – not just club officers. It is a chance for you to have your say on the proposals. What you think will work and what won’t, and to bring your ideas to the table.
The following documents relating to the topic to be discussed are available (click on the blue links):
- Proposed Restructure guidelines. This document formed the basis of a meeting on 10th November 2025 attended by NAFAS Board members and 2 representatives from each area. Jackie Page and Shirley Sexton represented BB&O.

- Review of NAFAS Organisational Structure. This is the BB&O summary of that meeting (1 page)
NOTE – these proposals are in the consultation stage. Nothing has been decided yet, except recognition that change is needed. All Area Chairmen will be attending the NAC meeting on 19/20th January where more discussions will take place and the outcomes from area meetings will be put forward.
If you would like to join the BB&O Zoom meeting on 13th January please register using the form below. The link will be emailed a few days before the event to those who have registered. You could gather in small groups to join the meeting under one registration, allowing your own discussions before and after the meeting. For those who have not used Zoom recently some helpful notes will be circulated.
